Shungite effect:

The shungite belt is mostly used to increase well-being, also in connection with heat and cold. The positive effect of heat and cold on pain has been known for centuries. The belt is designed in such a way that the insert with shungite stones can be removed from the belt. This means that the stones can be heated up and cooled down as often as you like. Please make sure, however, that the recommended temperatures are not exceeded!

Shungite and beneficial heat:

If you want to warm up the shungite insert, it is best to use an oven. The insert is not suitable for the microwave. You can wrap the insert in aluminum foil and heat it up in the oven at 80 °C for around 45 minutes. Then remove the film, place the insert in the belt and put it on. The gentle, soothing warmth and the right-handed life energy of shungite form an effective combination that increases your well-being.

Shungite is also ideal for cooling. You can use the belt as a cold compress. Put the shungite insert in the freezer for about 2 hours, preferably in a plastic bag, so that the shungite does not absorb moisture and odors. Then place the insert in the mat and put on the belt. Use the analgesic effect of cold combined with the energy of shungite.

Application time:

The application time can be up to 5 hours without a break. But this is individual.
