Energy Shungite Mat

Shungite mat is an ancient method of treatment that has been successfully used in Karelia to this day. It mainly serves as a health-supporting mat, but it also works well in combination with relaxing warmth and soothing cold. The mat is versatile and effective.

Seat or backrest mat:

It is believed that shungite screens and neutralizes negative energy flows. On a chair or other furniture, you can place the mat on both the seat and the back. It is recommended to use the mat for 2 to 3 hours a day, depending on your condition.

Shungite for feet:

It is best to stand barefoot on the mat. Depending on your physique and perception, it is very useful to stand and stamp on the mat to increase your energy level. If there is too much pressure on the soles of your feet, you can also sit down.

Shungite on a car seat:

For long journeys by car, place the mat on the seat or the back of the seat. The duration of using the shungite mat while driving is determined individually. Nevertheless, it is effective and helps you cope with fatigue on long road trips.

The positive effects of heat and cold on pain have been known for centuries. The combination with shungite makes this procedure useful and pleasant. We deliberately avoided the use of buttons and zippers when making the shungite mat. This gives our mat the advantage of being heated and cooled almost as often as you like.

Shungite and relaxing warmth:

If you want to warm up your mat, it is best to use an oven. Attention, the mat is not suitable for microwave ovens. You can wrap the shungite mat in aluminum foil and place it in the oven at 80 °C for about 45 minutes. Then remove the foil. Shungite mat gives you smooth pleasant warmth combined with shungite energy.

Shungite is ideal for cooling:

You can also use the mat as a cooling compress. Place the mat in the freezer for about 2 hours, preferably in a plastic bag to prevent shungite from absorbing moisture and odors. The shungite mat has a pleasant linen fabric covering and perfectly adapts to the shape of your body thanks to the filling with small stones.

Use the pain relieving combination of shungite and cold. Please remember that the mat can let through the dust of shungite stones! The inside of the mat is made of durable cotton fabric. However, fine shungite dust can penetrate slightly outside. We avoided using the airtight wrapper sealing for stones, because the tightly woven natural material allows the energy of stones to pass through much better.
