Packaging:

The packaging is an important component in trade. As an online store, we cannot do without good packaging as it is essential for transportation.

Regardless of whether it is shungite or other products, customers want to receive neatly and securely packed parcels. This idea is a priority for us in packaging our products.

Shungite stones can be fragile. So the top of the shungite pyramid can easily break. That is why we pack all our shungite products very carefully to exclude any disappointments when opening the package.

However, good packaging also has a downside as it often has a significant impact on the environment. For this reason, we try to design the processes and consumption of materials in our small shungite factory to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This, of course, includes reusable packaging. Whenever possible, we try to reuse cardboard boxes and packaging filler we receive as the consignee for further shipping packaging.

When selecting new packaging for our shungite products, we pay special attention to recycling and environmental safety. Even if we find it difficult to do without plastic and filler materials, we mostly use recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging. The cardboard boxes, fixing packaging, flow packs and another packaging we use are 100 percent recyclable or compostable without leaving any residue.

Return shipment
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Taking care of the environment in all processes also reduces costs:

We purchase shungite stones in Karelia, and we try to carry out transportation in the most environmentally friendly way. Instead of sending individual small parcels, we try to purchase and deliver stones in large quantities whenever possible. This usually saves packaging weight and can be cheaper.

Paper and other raw materials can also be stored in our warehouse, limiting the amount of printing paper to a minimum during order processing. We also print on paper on both sides. It really isn't difficult, but it saves money and ensures environmental friendliness.
